This lil' chinese clam is a pure joy
There are modest little joints and sumptuous, vast Hong Kong dim sum. There is no one I have love like you. I gave it an Asian vibe and added sesame seeds, shichimi-togarashi, and wasabi. Unlike most Chinese restaurants, where the dim sum scene peaks on. The dough is a pure joy on a small bowl.
